What I do isn’t just about helping you get healthy it's about teaching you what foods to eat and lifestyle habits that will lead to hormonal health and a life full of energy and better health!

I experienced anxiety, difficult periods, bloating, yo-yo dieting, exhaustion, and workouts that left me more tired than energized.

All of these symptoms sent me to my physician and the solution they gave me was to take antidepressants. They told me antidepressants helped women who were going through peri-menopause. I was not depressed! I just wanted to feel better! All of this lead me to seek out different ways to balance my hormones naturally. 


My passion for health and wellness lead me to The Institute for Integrative Nutrition were I became a Certified Health Coach. I am also a Holistic Peri & Menopause Coach. I learned how food effects our bodies in many different ways and self care is good for us and not selfish.

As I studied the curriculum many things began to make sense to me as to why I couldn’t lose weight and why my hormones were off. I ditched the diet mentality and began my journey to clean eating, a healthier lifestyle &
balanced hormones!

I also found that certain toxins
in our food and skin/body care products can wreak havoc on your hormones. But avoiding certain toxins can help with hormone balance and making you look and feel younger. What women doesn't want that! I know I sure do!

My mission and passion is helping women over 40 find beauty inside and out! Women who are tired of being tired. Women who want to regain their energy, break the sugar addiction, cook healthy meals that taste good that help balance their hormones.

I believe that food is often the best medicine, and that most hormonal issues are caused by the modern lifestyle.

My philosophy to living a healthier happier lifestyle is eat well 85% of the time and enjoy the other 15%!

No women I know wants to deprive themselves when to come to the food they eat. I believe you can enjoy eating a burger and fries, a slice of pizza or cake (my favorite is red velvet!) (Not all at once or all the time.) and still live a healthy lifestyle.

Other habits that are important to hormonal balance are exercising, praying/meditating, forgiving, laughing, finding ways to relieve stress, renewing your mindset, and removing toxins from the food you eat and skin/body care products.

I teach my clients how to make changes in their food choices and lifestyle that create a compounding positive effect on their well-being.

I truly believe if you change the way you eat and think you can change your life!
